| Arlene,
Parzygnat is definitely a polish surname. It means Chef/Cook. Here is the map showing people with that surname living in Poland: http://www.moikrewni.pl/mapa/kompletny/parzygnat.html As for Krol, I am guessing it was originally Król - polish for king. As you can see here http://www.moikrewni.pl/mapa/kompletny/kr%25C3%25B3l.html it's a very common surname. |

| Arlene,
In one of the previous posts I wrote you a little about your Parzygnat Polish surname: http://polishorigins.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1918 . And as 'boskee' writes, Król is a very popular surname in Poland and literally means in Polish "king". Also, it may mean "rabbit" and is used especially among older people at the countryside. Kroll is not Polish surname. |

| I think my ancestors were from KLIKUSZOWA, PL. near Waksmund, PL.
Where do Viktoria Kroll lived? before she got married to Edward Parzygnat? Who are their ancestors. I believe my Great Grandmother didn't like to move out of Poland. She died in Poland in 1947. I don't know why? Where Edward Parzygnat lived? Who are their ancestors. All I know my Great Grandfather never like to lives in Poland. He settled in Chicago, IL. until his death in 1935. Seem like my ancestors moved all over the places. Any help would be appreciated and you all have been great helps to all. |
