Appeared: Jan Gajewski and Józef Surdacki both adults farmers from Bęczyn and said that on 18 july 1943 at 7 p.m. died in Urzedów and born and living in Bęczyn Jan Wyrostek, farmer, 82 years old, a son of Wyrostek Tomasz and Wyrostek Marianna nee Wilk.
Jan Wyrostek widowed his wife Apolonia nee Surdacka.

Appeared: Wincenty Woś and Wojciech Paciejewski? both adults farmers from Rogalów and said that on 5 september 1942 at 10 a.m. died in Rogalów Jan Wyrostek, who was living in Rogalów, 42 years old, maried farmer, a son of Wyrostek Władysław and Wyrostek Karolina nee Bornatek.
Jan Wyrostek widowed his wife Gabriela nee Mirosław
