Thanks so much! My grandfather and I were just talking about this not even a half an hour ago. This was his parents. I asked him and he said it was probably Sacred Heart church because it was the closest Polish church to where they lived. He's at my house still and I'll tell him about this! Thanks so much. I just showed him around the neighborhood a few minutes ago and we talked about the church! He was telling me how it used to look and be like!

There also seems to be more than one, another ID for Frank Zielinski and Helen Bolewski is #68527

I believe the reason you find two IDs is one indexed by the groom's name and one is indexed by the bride's name.

Do you know how many Sacred Heart Parishes there were in Chicago during this time period - 9! I have found the right one with the marriage record which does give parents' name for both. Here is the link to the record in familysearch https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-D1N7-M65?i=141&wc=M66G-2JM%3A39586801%2C40105501&cc=1452409 I had to log in to browse the images - doesn't cost anything to create a log-in.

In addition I took a snip of the record showing the date (changed from 7 Feb. 1915 to 8 Feb. 1915 (#51). The only thing you don't see in the snip is the names of the witnesses - Joseph Pietra and Catharine B??ida and the initials of the priest (J. J. S.). There is no place of birth information, if that is what you were looking for Sad I can't remember what you originally asked for when you started this posting Smile ~PL
