If there is no "Download" option on the page, then simply open up the image, then right mouse click on it, and select "Save Picture As".

Tried that, Tom. It saves it as a PHP folder that is filled with individual files called "index.php" and it doesn't give any other options to save as. I have tried everything - even printing to a pdf file, but haven't yet found a way to download the image. Go to the link and try it. You'll see what I mean.

Hi Cynthia,

In order to save the image you first need to click on the far right button which allows you to view the image in full screen mode. Right click on that image & you'll be able to save it as a jpg image. cf. the attachment.

Agree as per Dave's supplementary advice. Works for me.

I found his birth record. It was in Weiczfnia Koscielne after all. But, the files are in PHP format which I can't seem to download. But, here is the link to the record. It is entry #73 on page M2638. Father is Peter Masiak and mother is Konstancy Maliszewska.

To enlarge the image, click on the button at the bottom of the page "Wyswietl w pelnym rozmiarze" and then use the side scroll bars to move the image around.

I really don't know how you are able to zero in like that! This is amazing...never thought I would find anything like this. Now I have to find some of his brother's descendants!

Thank you so much, Cynthia!
Best,
Joe

Thanks for the downloading tip, Dave! That will definitely make life easier.

And, happy to help, JGwizdowski. I have been helped tremendously by the generous people in this community, so it is a pleasure to be able to pay it forward.

Best to all,
Cynthia
