Post subject: Polish Surnames - Gregorczyk+Pawłowska and Grabarczyk+Pawlak
I have a questions regarding surnames. While I was searching for a marriage record of Jan Gregorczyk and Antonina Gregorczyk maiden name Pawłowska, I received the information from their daughters marriage record. When searching for their marriage record, I was not able to find any, however, I came across a record for Jan Grabarczyk to an Antonina Pawlak. I know there are a number of different ways names can be spelled but I still do not have all of the complexities of the names yet and do not want to assume. I would be thankful for any assistance some can give. Thank you for your Help!
