Child was baptised this day by the priest Franciszek Tomkiewicz under the name Ludwika and the godparents were: Kazimierz Sawicki and Urszula Murzyn. Act was read aloud to declarant and witnesses, all illiterate, signed only by us.

Child was baptised this day by undersigned priest, under the name Adela and the godparents were Józef Budcwiński and Magdalena Sawicka. Act was read aloud to declarant and witnesses, all illiterate, signed only by us.
