Hi all,

I'd just like to note that "Peksa" isn't such a misspelling of "Penksa" and is closer to its origin. It is because the original writing is "Pęksa" which is read as "Penksa". It is a very common surname in south Lesser Poland. I personally know a few persons of that surname.

Greetings,
Basia

Hi! I am the great great niece of Andrew Buczyna, Marianna Lojas-Kosla's son (so she is my great great grandmother), and I'd love to get in touch and discuss the family history, if you still use the site. I recently took her maiden name as my own so I've been really looking into this lately.
