I was told she died at Poznan, in 1934, but I have no more details. I don't know how and where to get this act, and till now, no one could help me

No notes on her birth record.
If she married, maybe there is a side note on it, which would be very helpful.
Records less than 100 years are available only to the immediate family, through the USC (Urzad Stany Cywilnego = Civil Register Office). However, if you are not sure where she died, this will be a needly in a haystack. As far as I know USCs do not performe genealogical searches, so you'd have to know exact place and year of death.

Thank you Gilberto. As far as I know, she was unmarried. Shall I write a paper letter to USC or is it enough to send an e-mail?

I think you can send them an email message. Check their rules (I think Google translator will give the basics) in their page.http://bip.poznan.pl/bip/urzad-stanu-cywilnego,12/

Best luck in your request
