I would like to find a history or memoir from the village of Zawadka located just south of Wadowice. I was told when the German Army invaded Poland, some time in 1939-40, they forced all the residents out. My great grandmother was forced out, and I was told she fled to the mountains with only the clothes on her back. I think she went to the nearby village of Ponikiew.
I am hoping there might be something written about this event.
