There is an affidavit attached, that was translated from Polish, from his mother, "Maryanna Kwak, age 90, residing in Ludzimerzu County Nowy Targ Malo Polska". Also mentioned are her 2 other adult children. A son named Ludwik Kwak and a daughter named Wiktorya (Kwak) Czaja. Both of them still residing in Poland. She was requesting the presence of Szymon because of her "declining age of 90", wishing to see her son again before she passed. Would appreciate any information if someone know of them or who could direct me where to possible find additional information. |
