I need a translation for the birth record of Jankiel Chlebowicz. It is Akta 27 from the Wyszkow archives found on JRI-Poland. I'm not sure which is the last line for the record when cropping the picture so I gave some lines of padding. I have been told that it is written in Russian after thinking it was in Polish.

I appreciate all efforts.

Thank you,
Justin Binder
