Hi charliethompson,
Are you sure? The link you provided leads to records from Krasnosielc, not Warsaw. Even so, I looked at the church book from 1916 (and 1917, just to be sure) and the deaths are very nicely indexed. She is not there.
Just to clarify, is it correct that you are looking for a death record for Anna Cuch? And that Prydykul/Prydikejt was her surname at birth?

Hi Sophia,
Yes, here is a record of the record: http://geneteka.genealodzy.pl/index.php?op=gt&lang=pol&bdm=D&w=71wa&rid=D&search_lastname=cuch&search_name=anna&search_lastname2&search_name2&from_date&to_date&exac=1&fbclid=IwAR1uRZYjhKJEsZ_KQhX3_ItQ6XiTaRRgUFlrBhctv33T4aaTQOar6RlioVE

Sorry about the record not being there. I was following a lead suggested to me by members of Polish Genealogy on Facebook.

Hi Jonathan,
No worries. Following up on leads is what genealogy is all about.
The search result is telling you that there is a death record for an Anna Prydikejt in 1916, and I see the added notation of the surname Cuch. I looked to see if I could find the church records online for this particular church in Warsaw, and they are, but not as late as 1916. I do not know how you can contact the person who wrote the index for Geneteka, but perhaps someone else here on the forum can speak to that.
Best,
Sophia
