Łomża
It happened in Łomża town on the 29th day of January/10th day of February 1895, at 1 p.m.
Appeared: Franciszek Szabłowski, worker, 40 years old, living in Łomża town, in the presence of Walenty Orzołek, 29 years old and Józef Stec, 35 years old, both workers living in Łomża town and presented a female child, born in Łomża town on the 10th/22nd day of January of the current year, at 6 a.m., with his legal wife Marianna nee Łada, 23 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, by the priest Mielnicki, the child was given the name Marianna and the godparents were: Józef Łada and Marianna Szymańska.
This act was read to the illiterate declarant and witnesses and signed only by Us.
