Hello,
I think that the surefire way to find kin of your parents is to research the vital books of Lublin and Kielce. Such books relating to Jewish communities in these towns are kept in three institutions.

1) Lublin. The files are kept in the State Archive in Lublin.
Files of the registry office of the temple district of Lublin.
There are 4 sets of books: originals (unikat) and copies (duplikat) of the registry and rabbinic offices. Every set includes books of birth, marriages and deaths (one includes bannes of marriage). They cover the period of approx. 1826 - 1942. All records untill 1919 are scanned and available on-line. The information on records younger then 100 years is protected by low so not available publicly and generally not available. I'm going to call to the archive and ask about the conditions of access.

The books from the period of 1914 - 1916 were indexed. You can see the index here (there are no Lejba)

2) Kielce. The State Archive in Kielce.
Files of the registry office of the temple district of Kielce.
The vital books 1868 - 1916 (birth, marriages and deaths). There are no scans. The files are available on the spot.

3) Kielce. The Registry Office in Kielce.
The vital books 1919 - 1942 (birth, marriages and deaths). Files are available only on the spot. I've talked with the supervizor of the office. Access only for the family members or other people authorized by the family (that is by you).

ps. Irena Macko listed on ushmm.org is not your mother as the lady was borne in Lwow and her surname is the surname of her husband. It's coinsidance.

Best regards
Piotr
