My grandfather, Piotr Gonsiewski was born in Konty. A passport application states he was going to visit relatives there in 1922. It lists his place of birth as Konty in Gubernia, Lomzia, Powiat, Kaloni,Gmina Maly Plock, Wieskonty.

Where would I look for family records for the town and my family? From the passport I read that the family owned land there and he had two sisters who still lived in the village. I would like to know as much as possible including if there are relatives of mine there, is land still in our family and how far back in history does that go.

village Kąty belonged to Mały Płock parish. How old was Your grandfather in 1922? Do You know his parents names? Do You know his sisters names?

Piotr was born in 1878, 44 in 1922. Siblings were: Joseph, who came to the US, and sisters Mary and Francis who never left Poland. If records are correct, Francis married Alexander Siwik. Parents names, Walenti and Marya. Walenti had a half brother, Alex. And Peter and siblings had a half-sister, Alexandra Kowalczyk.
Piotr married Mary Milewska in the US i think. Not sure where she came form.

Everything I research in the US has Gonsiewski as the spelling of my family name. What would it look like in Polish?

Gąsiewski/Gonsiewski

You mentioned about passport. Can You upload this document?

There is village Kąty in Mały Płock parish but unfortunately the church books from 1878 are not available on line.
