I hope I am doing this correctly?

This record is the death of Józef Hajzler in 1906 in Skórkowice. Image attached hopefully.

I would appreciate a full translation of all the details, including informants, so that I can determine if this person/record is related to my research.
He was married to Scholastyka Wosk/Wosek.
Maybe it mentions his parents' names? Possibly they were Franciszek & Anna.

No further details are given in the index on:
https://geneteka.genealodzy.pl/index.php?op=gt&lang=eng&bdm=D&w=05ld&rid=8557&search_lastname=hajzler&search_name=jozef&search_lastname2=&search_name2=&from_date=&to_date=&parents=1

Thank you so much for your help.
Natalie

Dear forum Users.
Please remember that it is much faster to get the translation if You write as much details as You can, especially parish name and source link to the document, if possible.

Thank you so much Marcel !

However I have some problem to understand.
OK, this is the death confirmation for Malgorzata Kalucka.
Normally we should see the names and first names of her parents.
In polish acts, the family name of the father is not written, just the first name, assuming of course that the father has of course the same family name than the person who died.

But here, the two mentionned persons does not seem to be their parents: Jakub Sokołowski and Barbara Sokołowska nee Kiliańska.

I understand that Jakub Sokolowski and Barbara Kilianska were married people.
But then what is their connection to Malgorzata Kalucka ??
Can you explain your words: "daughter of spouses" ??
Is "Jakub SOKOLOWISKI" really wrtitten that way ? With the family name written in clear ?

On the database Geneteka, this act is mentionned with a yellow sign that I cannot read.
But they have put it that way: death of Malgorzata Kalucka, father:Jakub, mother: Barbara Kilianska.
This does not fit with the russian text apparently.

I hope you undertstand my point, and can help...
(Maybe the russian text is itself confusing)

Best regards
Bernhard
