Hi Kurt,
I think Dave might be more likely to see this if you put it in the thread for Latin translations.
What I think I see: C.R. Legiony Velidum Principe de Hohenzollern
With today's spelling, I think Neustall might be Neustahl. My eye keeps wanting it be Neustadt, but I think that is not what is written there.
