Post subject: What town is this?
Hello everyone, first time poster. Starting to look into my polish heritage. I've been having a lot of difficulty locating a place of birth listed on the attached US world war 1 registration card. It reads something like "Hrzowka Brzozow Austria Galicia". I can't find anything on the internet called "Hrzowka." There's a town called Brzozow, but I'm not sure that's it. Maybe Brzozow was an administrative subdivision of the austrian empire? I can't find anything at all called Hrzowka. Anyways, totally lost here. Does anyone know what city/town this is?

Maybe it is the village of Hroszówka in the romancatholic parish of Mrzygłód, relatively not so far from Brzozów. The surname Dańczyszyn appears in this parish.

I have checked it in the list of births and marriages that is available on-line for this parish.
