Name and surname, status and place of residence of the mother and her parents: Gittel nee Szpigel, married, residing in Zabno, the daughter of Esriel and Chaje Spigel, the grain traders from Tarnow

Midwife: Ester Gewirtz from Zabno. The child died on the 13th of June 1879, and was recorded in the book of the dead, volume 3, page 14, item 19.

Annotations: Witnesses Juda Ehrnberg and Mendel Moszkowitz from Zabno confirmed the wedding of the same {parents}, which they confirmed by their handwritten signatures
