A DNA cousin of mine needs help with finding, if I understand correctly, the name of the person who maintains the cemetery in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

Do you know how to find a person who keeps an eye on the grave of my relatives in Bielsko-Biala in Poland?
I suppose he or she is my relative too and I am searching for a contact with him.
