Post subject: Death Record Translation
Marcel - Could you please translate the death record of my grandfather's sister Marijanna Mysiorski nee Baldyga, the daughter of Piotr and Ewa Lis Baldyga. I believe that she was born in Zalas because this is the birthplace of most of the rest of her family. The following record is Chorzele Parish Record 1933/15. I am most interested in the date of her death in 1933 and her age at her death. Thank you - Robert (Bob) Baldygo

Hello again,
I was hoping for some help translating the attached marriage record. I believe it is the record for Jan Frankiewicz and Klara Piechura (or Piechulska, or Piechurska) married in Wielka Wies, Zalesice on Jan 18 1829. I grabbed it from Metryki, and unfortunately needed to screenshot it in two parts.
I was equally wondering about the name Piechura - I have come across quite a few records of the birth of Klara and Jan's children, but her family name seems to be written differently. Other details (locations, etc.) otherwise align. Are these kinds of transcription errors common for such names, or is it possible that the three transcriptions are different people?
Many thanks once again!
Tara

I have been looking in FamilySearch (7769147) for baptisms from 1722-1761 for my GGGGrandfather. It is reasonably easy to work out, however it appears that when the parents names are shown ,only their Christian names are given but the witnesses have their full name . All I want to know is if you agree with this from the attachment. Maybe in the 1700's they usually only had Christian names .
Thanks George
