Hello all. My Polish Clan name is Supriany, but that's how I spell it phonetically in English. Can someone tell me if that's correct, or how it should be spelled in Polish? Thank you.

Can't directly answer your question, though the name may also be spelled with a 'C' as Cypryan, an old style first name.
The following URL points to the Polish Wikipedia article on clans. It's a (complete?) list of 'herby'. You might find something useful there. Clicking on the herb name can give a list of family names associated with that clan.
