Borki

It happened in Klembów, on October 12th/24th, 1896, at 9 a.m.
Appeared Piotr Komorowski, 30 years old and Wojciech Hiler, 31 years old, both servants from Borki and they declared that yesterday, at 12 o'clock at noon, died in Borki: Marcelli Rozbicki, 60 years old, a servant, who was born in Wólka Dąbrowicka, son of the spouses: Franciszek Rozbicki and Ewa Rozbicka, who left his widowed wife, Weronika nee Szewczak.
After convinced myself about the death of Marcelli Rozbicki this act was read to the illiterate declarants and it was signed by Us only.

Priest Jędrkiewicz, the administrator of Klembów parish, serving as Civil Registrar.

Ziebart Maria Magdalena

It happened in the town of Nowogród, on January 19th/31st, 1880, at 9 a.m.
Appeared the witnesses: Edward Windolf, 36 years old and Johan Szrek, 32 years old, workers living in Modlińska Kolonia and they declared Us that yesterday, at 10 p.m., died in Modlińska Kolonia: Maria Magdalena primo voto Lange, secundo voto Ziebart, who lived in Modlińska Kolonia, 66 years old, born in Brzezinki, daughter of the late Hartke spouses, whose names were unknown to the declarants. She left her widowed husband, Johan Ziebert, a worker living in Modlińska Kolonia.
After convinced myself about the death of Maria Magdalena Ziebert this act was read to the witnesses and due to their illiteracy it was signed by Us only.

The parish-priest of the Nowogród Evangelical-Augsburg parish, L. Berens.

Looking for info concerning the death record of my Grandfather Jan Garbula of Tomaszow Lubelski, husband of Anastazia, son of Maciej & Marianna. I have found two records for a Jan Garbula but don't know which one is related to my search. One record is
For the 1912 death record of Jan Garbula, you want Akt # 144:

The first link is a death record for a 1 year old child names Jan Garbula.
The second link provides the following information: died Jan Garbula, son of Wojciech and Marianna, husband of Katarzyna.

After convinced myself about the death of Jan Ziebart this act was read to the declarants and due to their illiteracy it was signed by Us only.
