It happened in Końskie, on February, 1837, at 10 a.m.

Appeared the jew, Mendel Kumetz, the local rabbi, and

the jew, Szaja Szmulowicz, a widower, 33 years old, living in Końskie, who was born in Końskie, son of the Szmulowicz spouses from Końskie, the late Berek Szmulowicz and Ruchla Szmulowicz, the traders

and

Mindla Frysz, a miss, 18 years old, daughter of the Frysz spoueses, the late Lejba Frysz and Szprynca Frysz, living at her mother's,

in the presence of Abram Frysz, the elder brother of Mindla Frysz, who makes a living with being a tanner and house owner, living in Końskie and in the presence of the witnesses:

Lejbuś Przysuski?, 40 years old and Abram Rosenzweig, a synagogue sexton, 41 years old, both living in Końskie, and declared that yesterday, in front of him, a religious marriage was concluded, between;

Szaja Szmulowicz and Mindla Frysz, and that this marriage was preceded by the three banns of marriage, announced in the synagogue in Końskie, on: January 28th, February 4th and 11th of the current year and that the bride's brother, Abram Frysz gave his oral permission for this marriage and that there were no objections for this marriage.

The newlyweds declared they did not enter into the prenuptial agreement.
This act was read to the newlyweds and the witnesses and it was signed by the rabbi, Mendel Kumetz and others who were present.

Signatures of the rabbi, Mendel Kumetz, Szaja Szmulowicz, Mindla Frysz, Abram Frysz and Szprynca Frysz.
