The town of Klwów
Icyk Jakub Wolanowski

It happened in the town of Przysucha on November 19th/December 1st, 1845, at 4 p.m.
Appeared the jew, Lejzer Wolanowski, a trader living in the town of Klwów, 50 years old, in the presence of the witnesses, the jews, Zyskind Cukier, a synagogue sexton, 60 years old and Lejbus Giertner, a haberdasher, 56 years old, both living in Przysucha, and presented Us a male infant child, who was born in the town of Klwów on November 24th of the current year, at 3 p.m., to his wife, Sura nee Paluch, 45 years old.
At the circumcision rite the child was given the names: Icyk Jakub.
This act was read to the father of the child and the witnesses and it was signed by them.

Lejzer Wolanowski,
Zyskind Cukier, Lejbus Giertner,
the Civil Registrar, Korzeniowski.
