Post subject: Problem sending private messages
Hi!
I'm sorry that I am posting here. I'm not sure where to post this. Since July 8, 2022, I have been having problems sending messages. I have about 5 messages still in my outbox just sitting there that were never sent. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Trish,
My understanding of how the system works is that, when you write a private message, it sits in your Outbox. When the recipient opens it, it moves to your Sent box. So there is no further action that you can take to get the messages sent. The recipient either opens it, or doesn't.
I hope an administrator sees your message here and replies to you, because if there is another way of resolving this, I would like to know.

Hi Trish,
My understanding of how the system works is that, when you write a private message, it sits in your Outbox. When the recipient opens it, it moves to your Sent box. So there is no further action that you can take to get the messages sent. The recipient either opens it, or doesn't.
