Appeared Jan Kruszak, a tenant, 31 years old and Izydor Kruszak, a tenant, 41 years old, both peasants living here, in Rychnów and they declared that on the 3rd day of the current month and year, at 9 a.m., died Magdalena Macioszek, a miss, who lived here, in Rychnów, 23 years old, daughter of Jędrzej and Marianna, the Macioszek spouses, peasants from Rychnów.

I posted here regarding some records from Chorzele and Lomza relating to the Frenkel family.
I decided to transcribe / translate most of it myself and ask here later for corrections. So I will repost when I'm ready.

We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses, Jan Wódkiewicz, a tenant of the church property in Jastrzębniki, living in Jastrzębniki, 36 years old and Wawrzyniec Klimacki, a traktier* living in Kalisz, 40 years old, a religious marriage was concluded on this day, between:
Franciszek Chalczyński, a single man, a tenant of the church property in Rychnów, living in Rychnów, born in Rychnów, son of the spouses living in Rychnów: Ignacy Chalczyński and Katarzyna Chalczyńska nee Cybulska, 26 years old
and

At The Holy Baptism, held today by the priest Ignacy Morynowicz, the child was given the name Józefa and the godparents were: Walenty Góralski, a czynszownik from Felicjanów and Józefa [can't read her surname].
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us only, because the declarant, Jan Szmajdziński and the witlesses, Franciszek Siarkowski and Andrzej Urbański were illiterate.

Jan Szmajda, a single man, a farmhand from the village of Dąbrowa, son of Józef and Elżbieta nee Tybura, the Szmajda spouses, who was born in the village of Podlesie, located in the parish of Osiek Wielki, 22 years old
and

In the year of 1813, on the 9th day of May, at 10 a.m., in front of Us, the Civil Registrar for the commune of Grzegorzew, located in the Łęczyca county, in the department of Warszawa, appeared: sławetny* Maciej Zimiński, a resident of the town of Grzegorzew, 51 years old, a farmer living in the town of Grzegorzew at number 20 and Jan Skorupa, a farmer, 48 years old, living in the town of Grzegorzew at numer 8, and they declared Us that on the 8th day May of the current year, at 10 p.m. died Józef Michalak, son of a widow, who died at the age of 5, he lived in the house number 19.
