At The Holy Baptism, held today by us, the child was given the name Jadwiga, and the godparents were: Piotr Trzeszczkowski and Helena Pawlak.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by us.

Appeared Jan Cieślak, 30 years old and Michał Szymczak, 30 years old, both farmers living in the village of Bogucice, and they declared that on the 4th/16th day of the current month and year, at 8 a.m., died: Magdalena Bilińska, wife of the shepherd, who lived in Bogucice, who was born in the village of Kaniewo in Prussia, daughter of the late spouses: Wawrzyniec Szafrański and Jadwiga Szafrańska, who died at the age of 40 and was survived by her husband , Augustyn from Bogucice.
