When you have the time, Please confirm the gender of the child in this birth record for (Jozef or Jozefa?) Krygier. I also need the date of birth. That’s all - no need for a full translation. It is akt #22 on the page.

It is a bit complicated.
The name is written as a girl's name - Jozefa. But at the top, the child's gender is given as a boy.
So the priest could have made a mistake somewhere.
Do you have a marriage/death certificate for the person concerned?
Date of birth: March 1/ March 13, 1888 at ten o'clock in the evening. 13.03.1888

Hi Barb,
Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I do have a marriage record from the USA for Jozef and he states his parents names which match the birth record I posted. The birth date you provided matches too. The only question was what the priest wrote. Your translation and my information proves that the priest made a mistake in writing the name Jozefa. Mystery solved!
