Rozalin

It happened in the village of Młodojewo, on October 24th, 1852, at 1 p.m.
We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses, Stanisław Spławski, 40 years old and Wojciech Sypniewski, 30 years old, both czynszowniks* from Rozalin, a religious marriage was concluded on this day between:

Tomasz Cieślewicz, a daylaborer, a widowef after the late Regina, who died on December 15th 1845, who was born in Małachowo, located in the parish of Witkowo in the Grand Duchy of Posen, livinf in Rozalin, a son of the already late Cieślewicz spouses: Błażej, a daylaborer and Magdalena, 50 years old

and

Bogumiła Michałska nee Kamińska, a daylaborer, a widow after the late Jan Michalski, who died in Młodojewo on June 27th 1851, who was born in the town and the parish of Kazimierz and who lives in Rozalin, a daughter of the already late spouses: Augustyn Michalski, a distiller and Tekla Kamińska, 40 years old.

This marriage was preceded by the three banns of marriage, announced in the Młodojewo parish church, on: September 26th, October 3rd and 10th of the current year.

The newlyweds were both of age and both with no ascendants so they did not require anybody to give them permission to get married.
There were no objections for this marriage.
The newlyweds declared they did not enter into the prenuptial agreement.
This act was read to the newlyweds and the witnesses, who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us.

Priest Maciej Falkiewicz, the Młodojewo parish-priest.

*czynszownik: a peasant who leases land, exempt from doing serfdom for an annual fee
