Ok. If his parents were married in Turek (Poznan), then Henrik must have been born in Turek (Poznan) or in the area. I have checked the birth register for the years 1838-1842 and he is not to be found there (see: Posted: Wed Oct 04, 2023 4:17 am).

Would he be born around that parish then? Could you also translate the whole death record to get an idea of it? Sorry that I am asking you alot of things.

Hello,
After a few hours of searching, I found Henryk's birth record. He was born as Jan Henrych Matais, on May 21, 1839 at 6 a.m. in the town of Turek. Attaches this record: (no. 115 from the Catholic Church in Turek). He also had a sister named Joanna Fryderyka born on September 30, 1843 in Turek. She married Rudolph Krosta on August 6, 1865 in Białystok (ewang.)

Best regards,
-Barb

Thanks alot.

Edit:

Is there a way that i could pay you for this research you have done? I would also like the death records of Traugott, Traugott's Mother in Turek after 1837, Rachel's parents in Turek after 1837.

Best Regards,

What else do you know about the parents of Henrik Mathes / Matys 1839-1872? Do you have a date of death for both of them?

I think that Henryk Mathes worked in a circus in Białystok around the 1870s. That is what I heard from my great grandmother.

By the way, This a translation of Traugott Mathes and Rachel weber Marriage Record translated by you a few months ago:
