The town of Przysucha
Icek Wolanowski
It happened in the town of Przysucha, on April 10th/22nd, 1850, at 6 p.m.
Appeared the jew, Majer Majzner Wolanowski, a tailor, living in Przysucha, 27 years old, in the presence of the witnesses, the jew, Zyskind Cukier, a synagogue sexton, 65 years old and Mosiek Bach, a laborer, 49 years old, both living here, in Przysucha and presented Us a male infant child, who was born in the town of Przysucha, on April 3rd/15th of the current year, at 5 p.m., to his wife, Haja Eta nee Kutwok, 26 years old. At the rite of circumcision the child was given the name Icek.
this act was read to the father of the child and the witnesses and it was signed by them.
Samborski, the Civil Registrar,
Majer Majzner Wolanowski,
Zyskind Cukier,
Mosiek Bach.
