Here you go:
It happened in the town of Wodisław on the ninth of December in the year eighteen sixty at ten o'clock in the morning. There appeared Szaja Szmulowicz, a Jewish tinsmith, aged twenty-one, residing in his hometown. In the presence of Jewish witnesses, Icyk Drzewo, a worker aged forty, and Herszkownza, a merchant aged forty-six, both residing in Wodisław, he presented to us a male child born here in Wodisław on the sixteenth of August of the current year at five o'clock in the morning, from his spouse Frajdlid from Henczów, aged nineteen. The names Icyk Aba were given to this child during the circumcision. This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and then signed by us present.

Note that there is some text next to the signatures that I cannot recognize.
