Hi Zack,
The translation follows.

No. 1 Ostrów - Brok
It happened in the town of Brok, on November 8th/20th, 1845, at 9 a.m.
Appeared a jew, Wolf Josefowicz* Lermann, a rabbi deputy from the town of Brok and

Abram Leybowicz* Oracz, a bachelor, 19 years old, who was born in the town Ostrów, a son of Leyba Szajewicz, deceased, and Ester Maier, alive, living at his widowed mother in the town of Ostrów, he made his living as a carriage driver,
and
Pyna Herszkowna* Lichtenszteyn, a miss, 23 years old, who was born in the town of Brok, daughter of Herszek Dawidowicz* Lichtenszteyn, deceased, and Nucha Aleksandrowna* Lichtenszteyn, living at her widowed mother in the town of Brok,
in the presence of the witnesses: Moszek Samsonowicz, a synagogue sexton, 43 years old and Szmul Surekowicz* Sznechyngier, ?, 58 years old, both living in the town of Brok
and declared that yesterday, at 7 p.m., a religious marriage was concluded before him, between Jews: Abram Leybowicz* Oracz, a bachelor and Pyna Herszkowna* Lichtenszteyn, a miss.

This marriage was preceded by the three banns of marriage announced in in the in synagogues in Brok and Ostrów, on: October 13th/25th, October 20th/November 1st and October 27th/November 8th of the current year.
There were no objections for this marriage. The newlyweds' mothers gave their verbal permission for this marriage. The newlyweds declared they did not enter into the prenuptial agreement.
This act was read to the newlyweds and the witnesses, and it was signed by Us, the rabbi deputy, the witnesses, and the Civil Registrar. Others declared that they were illiterate.
Signatures

*These middle names follow Russian spelling. This means that the middle name is the father's first name. This way you can see the next generation.
Example: Pyna Herszkowna* Lichtenszteyn, means that Pyna's father's name was Herszek. Herszek's daughter.

Best regards,
-Barb
