Hi,
The translation follows:

No. 116 Lipniki
It happened in the village of Lipniki, on October 6th/19th, 1900, at 9 a.m.
Appeared Jan Lis, 60 years old and Józef Kisiel, 48 years old, both farmers living in Lipniki and they declared that in Lipniki, yesterday, at 10 p.m., died Józef Zduńczyk, 56 years old, a farmer, living in Lipniki, a son of the late Franciszek and Ewa née Marchewka, the Zduńczyk spouses. He left behind his widowed wife, Katarzyna Zduńczyk née Madrak.
After convinced myself about the death of Józef Zduńczyk, this act was read to the illiterate declarants, and it was signed by Us only.

I would appreciate it if someone can tell me the meaning of the occupations of the two witnesses in the attached image. The rest of the marriage document is in Latin, only the two occupations are in Polish. The first one appears to be właść[iciel] realności and the second wł[aśćiciel] real[ności] - which are the same.

Google translates this as "owner of property". I am curious why this was not written in Latin as words were available to convey this.

Thank you
Chris

realność: a noun describing a real estate, a building or land with a specific owner.
So właściciel realności means: owner of real estate.
I can't explain why it was written in polish.

and
Stanisława Kierznowska, a miss, 19 years old, a daughter of the late Franciszek and the living Anna nee Olender, the Kierznowski spouses, who was born and living in Lipniki, living with her mother.
This marriage was preceded by the three banns of marriage, on: July 30th, August 6th and 13th of the current year, announced in the parish church in Lipniki.
The bride's mother gave their oral permission for the marriage. The newlyweds declared they did not enter into the prenuptial agreement. At the religious ceremony, the marriage was blessed by Dominik Szwedas, the local parish priest.
