It happened in the town of Szydłowiec, on May 17th, 1842, at 11 a.m.
Appeared a jew, Jankiel Icek Jankielewicz, a stallholder, 23 years old, living here in Szydłowiec, in the presence of the witnesses, jews: Szokman [no name written. On the bottom of the page his signature is: Srul Sztokman], 77 years old and Abram Szuldiner, 62 years old, synagogue sextons, both living in Szydłowiec and presented Us a newborn female chils, who was born on May 9th of the current year, at 4 p.m., to his wife, Cyma, 18 years old.
At the reigious rite the child was given the names Gitla Curkla.
This act was read to the present witnesses and it was signed by tchem.
