It happened in the town of Szydłowiec, on July 29th, 1848. In front of Us, the mayor of the Szydłowiec town, serving as Civil Registrar, appeared the jews: Herszek Fuks, 50 years old and Zewlik Zalchejgiet, 55 years old, both the local synagogue sextons and they declared that on July 27th of the current year, at 10 a.m., died Necha nee Jakubowicz, 47 years old, a wife of a daylaborer, Eyzyk Jośkowicz from Śniadka located in the commune of Bodzentyn, who was survived by her husband, Eyzyk Jośkowicz and sons: Ankiel, Eyzyk and Mosiek, who all live in Śniadka.
After convinced myself about the death of Necha nee Jakubowicz this act was read to the declarants and it was signed by tchem.
