It happened in the town of Łódź, on July 20th/August 2nd, 1903, at 2 p.m.
Appeared: Stefan Klimt, a weaver from Radogoszcz, 53 years old, in the presence of Józef Rojek, a daylaborer and August Pfejfer, czesacz [a polish word describing a worker who operates the wool combing machine], both of age from Radoboszcz and presented Us a newborn female child, informing that the child was born in Radogoszcz on July 13th/26th of the current year, at 3 a.m., to his wife, Amalia nee Mentzel, 43 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Anna and her godparents were: Józef Rojek and Anna Pfejfer.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses.

Klęk
It happened in Zgierz, on August 18th/30th, 1896, at 3 p.m.
Appeared Samuel Gust, a farmer from Klęk, 46 years old, in the presence of Edward Gust, 23 years old and Wilhelm Schlesner, 32 years old, the local blacksmiths and presented Is a newborn male child, informing that the child was born in Klęk, on August 4th/16th of the current year, at 10 p.m., to his legal wife, Berta nee Nikiel, 26 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Oskar and the godparents were: the aforementioned persons and Emma Kuk and Wilhelmina Kuk.
This act was delayed due to the household duties.
The act was read and it was signed by Us and Schlesner, the others were illiterate.
