I don't know if it will help you or not, but when I was a little girl in the late 1940's, my dad had his own plumbing & heating Co. One of his employees was Eddie Kozlowski. We lived in New Kensington, PA which is north on the Allegheny River above Pittsburgh, PA. I don't know if his family still lives in the area or not. I do know he had at least one son. I have a photo of him sitting in the office holding a baby boy. He probably went to the Polish Catholic Church where we did. It is St. Mary of Czestahowa Roman Catholic Church on Kenneth Ave. in New Kensington, PA. The church is still there and doing well. Perhaps they have some records.

I just checked & Edward Kozlowski is buried in the St. Mary Cemetery, associated with the St. Mary of Czestahowa Church Kenneth Ave. New Kensington, PA. Go to findagrave.com, type in his Memorial # and it will take you to his write up. There is not much written & no photo of his tombstone. However, you can request someone to go take the photo for you. His Memorial #62609237. I hope this information is able to help you.
Blessings,
