Thank you for translating this record as you have time.
The record is for Wiktoria Wisniewska nee Olbrys born in 1843.
Father is Jan Olbrys and mother is Marianna Pulkowska.
She died in Grabiny, Parish Sadowne 2 June 1914.
Widow of Aleksander Wisniewski.
Interestingly in Aleksander's death record, it says she pre-deceased him (which matches our family oral history). I was surprised when this record was found listing her death as being after him.

It happened in the village of Sadowne, on April 8th/21st, 1914, at 2 p.m.
Appeared personally Piotr Wycech, 35 years old, a farmer living in the village of Morzyczyn, entered into the Census records for the commune of Sadowne located in the country of Węgrów, in the presence of Aleksander Kosson, 24 years old and Stanisław Decyk, 40 years old, farmers living in Morzyczyn, and presented Us a newborn female child, informing that the child was born in Morzyczyn on April 3rd/15th of the current year, at 6 a.m., to his legal wife, Anna nee Rukat, 30 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today by Us, the undersigned priest, the child was given the name Czesława and her godparents were: Aleksander Kosson and Rozalia Rukat.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and due to their illiteracy it was signed by Us only.

The administrator of the Sadowne parish, serving as Civil Registrar, priest Stefan Obłoza.

Side note: This person died on July 1st, 2002 in Kobyłka. Death record stored in the Registry Office in Kobyłka. Death record numer 37/2002

It happened in the village of Sadowne, on May 21st/June 3rd, 1914, at 5 p.m.
Appeared Tomasz Rowicki, 37 years old and Jan Gałązka, 64 years old, farmers living in the village of Grabiny and they declared that yesterday, at 2 p.m., died Wiktoria Wiśniewska, a worker, 75 years old, daughter of the spouses: Jan Orblis and Marianna Orblis of the unknown maiden name, a widow after the late Aleksander Wiśniewski, who died 20 years ago. She was born in the village of Poręba located in the commune of Ostrów. SHe was enteres in the Census records for the commune of Poręba. She lived in Granbiny.
After convinced myself about the death of Wiktoria Wiśniewska this act was read to the declarants and due to their illiteracy it was signed by Us only.

The administrator of the Sadowne parish, serving as Civil Registrar, priest Stefan Obłoza.
