A kind request for help with translation on the attached death record for Marianna Adamowicz from 1812.
It is entry #25 - which carried over from one page to another. I have pasted them as one image.
Looking for relevant information including about her age, house number, or perhaps names of parents to determine if this is my ancestor.
Many thanks,
Jaclyn

Nr 25

It the year of 1812, on the 28th day of January, in front of Us, the Górecko parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar for the commune of Górecko, located in the department of Lublin in the country of Zamość, appeared Wincenty Grela, a peasant 38 years old and Antoni Gorkosz, a peasant 43 years old, both living in Górecko and they declared Us that on the 26th day of the current month and year, at 4 p.m., died Marianna Adamowicz, 38 years old, a wife of Maciej Adamowicz, a peasant living in Górecko, she died in the house numer 80.
Both declarants were illiterate therefore this act was read and signed by Us only.

Priest Paschazy Wierzbicki, the Góecko parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar.
