A kind request for help with translation on the attached death record for Maciej Adamowicz from 1817.
Looking for relevant information including about his age, house number, or perhaps names of parents or wife to determine if this is my ancestor.

In the year of 1817, on the 27th day of February, at 9 a.m., in front of Us, the Górecko parish-priest, serving as CIvil Registrar for the commune of Górecko, located in the country of Zamość in the voivodeship of Lublin, appeared Antoni Adamowicz, 50 years old and Maciej Pietura, 54 years old, both living in Górecko and they declared Us that on the 26th day of the current month and year, at 8 p.m. died in the said village Maciej Adamowicz, 46 years old in the house numer 7.
This act was read to the declarants and it was signed.
Priest Wyszkowski, serving as Civil Registrar.
