Post subject: Translation of an 1914 Birth Certificate
Hello all.
I've been doing a lot of research in the past few months and I believe I found the Akt Urodzenia of my Great-Grandparent called Szepzel Zonszein. He was born in 1914 in Minsk mazowiecki, His parents were Perla Popowski and Joel Zonszein. He lived his first years in Poland and then he emigrated to the US and subsequently to Mexico.
I do not have knowledge of Russian and/or Polish but I managed to translate some parts of the Birth Certificate in Google translate. However, it would be very beneficial for me if anyone can translate the document. The act i believe is my great-grandparent's is the #23

Hi Jackmot,
I do not read Russian either, but I see that in your second image the last part is written in Polish. I have transcribed it here for you:
"Zgodność niniejszego wyciągu z oryginałem aktu, znajdującym się na przechowaniu w Archiwem Hipotecznem powiatu Minsko Mazowieckiego w duplikacie aktów stanu cywilnego Minsko Mazowieckiego okregu bożnicznego za rok 1914 stwierdzam. Opłaty kancelaryjnej marek."

It happpened in the town of Siedlce on January 16th/29th 1914, at 2 p.m. Appeared Joel Herszek Zonsztejn, a trader, 34 years old, the resident of the town of Siedlce, living in the town of Nowy Mińsk, in the presence of the witnesses, Wulf Zilbersztejn, the rabbi's assistant, 42 years old and Jankiel Bogaty, the synagogue sexton, 61 years old, both living in the town of Nowy Mińsk and presented a male child, informing that the child was born in the town of Nowy Mińsk on June 14th/26th 1906 at 9 p.m. to his legal wife, Perla nee Popowska, 34 years old. At the circumcision the child was given the names Nison Hejnoch. This act was not drafted on time due to father's omission. It was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us and those who were literate.

The second page is a copy of Nison Hejnoch' s birth certificate with the additional note: Hereby I certify this is a true and exact copy of the original birth record entered in the duplicate books of the Civil Records for the Mińsk Mazowiecki synagogue district for the year of 1914, stored in the Mortgage Archives of the Mińsk Mazowiecki county.
The only difference I noticed that the true and exact copy differs in one small detail. The original act informs that it was drafted on 2 p.m. and the copy informs that the act was drafted at 12 o'clock at noon.

Hello everyone, sorry for taking so long to answer. I thought that the post had been removed because of the spam that was sent here until Sophia texted me (thanks!)
It is wonderful to find a community like this and I'm grateful for being part of it.
Sadly, this document doesn't appear to be the akt urodzenia that I was looking for so I'll keep searching and I'll keep you posted.
