It happened in the town of Szydłowiec, on January 28th, 1848, at 11 a.m.
In front of Us, the mayor of the town of Szydłowiec, serving as Civil Registrar, appeared a jew, Herszek Fuks, 50 years old and Zelik Zalctreygier, 55 years old, both the synagogue sextons living in the town of Szydłowiec and they declared that on the 25th day of the current month and year, at 9 p.m., died in the town of Szydłowiec, a jew Wolanowski Abram Hersz, a daylaborer, 48 years old. He was survived by his wife, Haja nee Lejbusiewicz, 47 years old, a daughter Gitla, 8 years old. He left no estate.
After convinced myself about the death of Wolanowski Abram Hersz this act was read to the declarants and it was signed by Us.
