It happened in Komarów, on November 20th, 1893, at 10 a.m.
Appeared personally Aron Zejlik Kagan, living in Komarów, 27 years old, in the presence of the witnesses, Motio Zinger, 62 years old and Józef Edelstein, 52 years old, both the synagogue sextons living in Katarów and presented Us a newborn male child, informing that the child was born in Komarów on November 12th, 1893, at 6 p.m., to him and his legal wife, Gitla nee Fajntuch, 30 years old.
At the religious ceremony the child was given the names Józef Hersz.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us and them.

At the religious ceremony the child was given the name Szymon.
This act was read to the declarant and it was signed by Us and the present. The father of the child was illiterate.
The witnesses: Motio Zyngier, Józef Edelstein [in the content of the document he was written as Adelstein].
