Hi Karen,
I found nothing interesting in the link uploaded by Sophia.
So I sent an application to the Civil Registry Office in Warszawa for the issuance of Sara's birth certificate. This was a bit complicated because I don't live in Poland and had to sort out a lot of documents and confirmations to apply.
I mentioned that Sara was my distant relative. I'll let you know when I get an answer.

Hi Karen
I got a reply from USC Warsaw Bemowo, where I sent an order for Sara's birth record. Received a reply that such old documents are not kept for long in USC. They advised me to contact the Central Archives of Historical Records in Warsaw (Archiwum Główne Akt Dawnych).

Thank you for letting me know this update.

May I ask you to assist me with how I should approach the Central Archives of Historical Records in Warsaw to request my grandmother's birth certificate.
