Appeared , on behalf ot the child's father, who was absent, Hakiel Zysmanowicz, a bookbinder, 40 years old, in the presence of the witnesses: Szmul Kerszenbaum, a bookbinder, 64 years old and Hersz Josel Kiper, a synagogue sexton, 36 years old, all living in the town of Ciechanów and presented Us a newborn male child, informing that the child was born in the town of Ciechanów on this day, at 8 a.m., to Ruchla Forma nee Łazęcka, 25 years old, a wife of Lejzor Fajwel Forma, a resident of the town of Ciechanów.
At the circumcision rite the child was given the name Jankiel.
This act was read and it was signed by Us and the witnesses.

The mayor of the town, serving as Civil Registrar - illegible signature,
H. Zysmanowicz,
Kiper,
Sz. Kerszenbaum.

It happened in the town of Ciechanów , on September 13th/25th, 1873, at 3 p.m.
Appeared personally Dawid Forma, a soldier temporary on leave, living in the town of Ciechanów, 31 years old, in the presence of the witnesses, Zala Brasz, a dyer, 72 years old and Szmul Kerszenbaum, a bookbinder, 33 years old, both living in the town of Ciechanów and presented Us a newborn male child, informing that the child was born in the town of Ciechanów, on September 8th/20th of the current year, at 2 a.m., to his wife, Ruda nee Robota, 25 years old.
At the circumcision rite, the child was given the name Haskiel.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us and the witnesses,

the signature of the Civil Registrar,
Zala Brasz,
Szmul Kerszenbaum.

Groom's parents: Jerzy Trejchel and Eliza nee Telke
Bride's parents: Krystian Garbrecht and Helena nee Trejchel.

Jerzy in English would be George.

It happened in the town of Tomaszów, on March 23rd/April 5th, 1915, at 1 p.m.
Appeared Marianna Rywicka, 30 years old, who was present at childbirth, living in sawmill factory Tarnawatka, in the presence of Stanisław Rybicki, 41 years old and Mikołaj Chojnacki, 53 years old, townsmen living in the town of Tomaszów and presented Us a newborn female child, informing that the child was born in the sawmill factory Tarnawatka on April 3rd/16th of the current year, at 10 p.m., to Stanisław Wienc, 38 years old, a subject to Austrian partition government and his legal wife, Katarzyna nee Buczek, 28 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today by the priest Władysław Matuszyński, the local parish vicar, the child was given the name Janina in the name of Saint John of Nepomuk and her parents were: Stanisław Rybicki and Marianna Dyskant.
this act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.

the signature of the administrator of the Tomaszów parish.

It happened in Piątek Wielki, on January 25th/February 6th, 1873, at 10 a.m.

We make it known that in the presence of Andrzej Nowak, 40 years old and Paweł Kaczała, 40 years old, both peasants living in the village of Piątek Mały, a religious marriage was concluded on this day, between:

Leonard Paprzycki, a farmer, living in the village of Bogucice, a single man, who was born in the village of Bogucice, a son of the late Józef and living in Bogucice Małgorzata nee Włodarczyk, 29 years old

and

The religious marriage ceremony was performer by the priest Józef Kirzaw, the Piątek Wielki parish-priest.

This act was read to the newlyweds and the witnesses, who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.
