In the year of 1809, on the 2nd day of February, at 10 a.m., in front of Us, the Radziejów parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar for the commune of Radziejów, located in the country of Radziejów, in the department of Bydgoszcz, appeared Szymon Kocyński, a peasant, 30 years old, living in Stary Radziejów and presented Us a newborn male child, who was born in his house on the 30th day of January of the current year and declared thet the child was born to him and his wife, Anna nee Konwent, 22 years old and that his wish was to name the child: Paweł.
After the above statement and presentation of the child were made, this birth record was read in the presence of Bartłomiej Odważny, a peasant from Stary Radziejów, 30 years old and Jan Odważny, a peasant from Stary Radziejów, 21 years old. The people mentioned in this record were illiterate.
Priest Leopold Wnorowski, the Radziejów parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar.

Stary Radziejów
In the year of 1818, on the 23rd day of August, at 10 p.m., in front of Us, the Radziejów parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar for the commune of Radziejów, located in the county of Radziejów, in the voivodeship of Mazowsze, appeared Szymon Kocyński, a farmer from Stary Radziejów, 40 years old and presented Us a newborn female child, who was born in his house on the 17th day of August of the current year, at 11 a.m. and declared that the child was born to him and his wife, Anna Kocyńska, 32 years old and that his wish was to name the chils: Franciszka.
After the above statement and the presentation of the child were made this birth record was read in the presence of the nobleman Jakub Cyliński, 50 years old, living in the town of Radziejów and Joachim Kocyński, 60 years old, a peasant from Stary Radziejów and it was signed by Us and Jakub Cyliński. Joachim Kocyński was illiterate
