Yes, Adam was Orthodox. The following is Catholic.
It looks like the churches changed the content of the records and stopped adding the ages and occupations of the witnesses, so I don't have that anymore on these later ones.
That said, I managed to find this:
Kościelec (par. rzymskokatolicka) - birth/baptism record, year 1909 , Duplikat akt urodzeń, małżeństw i zgonów parafii Kościelec [za] 1909 rok
Tadeusz , parents: Wojciech Tanaś, Lucyna Wartska ,
Other people appearing in the document:
Antoni Januszewski - świadek
Michał Witanowski - świadek
Kazimierz Janicki - chrzestny
Marianna Lisiecka - chrzestna
Indexer notes:
zm. w 1951 w Turku
Archiwum Państwowe w Poznaniu Oddział w Koninie
769/6.1/102, scan 23
As he seems to be the only Wojciech Tanas, I would say he's mine, and Anna was deceased by this point. I checked records and didn't see anything in Kościelec
I see Kościelec is close to where Boleslaw married.

I had the previous one ready when I saw your latest. They married in Jan, so they didn't have to get married.

So Anna was a grandmother. Thank you again.

It looks like it's your Wojciech. All records include both age and occupation.
When his son Tadeusz (with Wartska) was born in 1909, Wojciech was an organist and 46 years old. This gives an estimated birth year of 1863.
When his son Boleslaw (with Borowska) was born, he was an organist, 28 years old. This also gives an estimated birth year of 1863.
He moved a lot from place to place.

Well, Ill be.....That's the word I couldn't get to translate. органистом
As you can tell, my Russian is non-existent. That does explain why he appears on so many records, just as church employees are on Adam's and Wojciech's marriages to Anna, and Maryanna Borowska's wedding records. I just can't thank you enough for your help. Anna had a pretty interesting life. There still may be a surprise or two left. At some point, I want to see what people think about my choice for Maryanna's father.
Take care.

Hi Kevin,
I found the birth record of Olga Gołownia. She was born on October 7th, 1878. And another child of Adam and Anna nee Borowska. Son Michał was born on October 1st, 1880.

That's incredible. How are you finding them? I tried and there was a gap from 1878 or 9 until 1883. They may have had even 1 more.
I was looking yesterday and even had trouble locating Piotr's 1876 birth for a cleaner link.

I know when Maryanna married in 1886, they were living "in the building of the Kalisz Department of Finance." I found a plan for the 1820 building in Kalisz with servant's quarters on the 3rd floor. https://www.szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl/jednostka/-/jednostka/24676575
This isn't the same building as on the 1878 map by the churches. https://polona.pl/item-view/c8ed9ba4-8d9a-46d8-80f0-204147371105?page=0. They may have had to add a wing for Adam and Anna.

I think Adam was a guard or something similar there. From a google translate of his death record you found: "Yaviliy Ivan Yakovenko, sixty years old, and Lavrenty Meilichtan, forty years old, retired council officers, servants at the [Kolishennaya?] Treasury Chamber, residing in the city of Kalish, reported: that on the sixteenth day of April of the current year at four o'clock in the afternoon, died Adam Gołovna, a retired non-commissioned officer of the [Kolishennaya?] Kalinskaya Chamber, who lived in the city of [Kalisz] fifty-four years old..."

It's odd how the children disappear except for Olga's wedding and 1st child, at least for me so far.
Thanks again,
Kevin

That would be great. Also,if you would enlighten me on how you are finding these, I'd appreciate it. I've gone through the archives, and I'm not seeing them. I had looked in 1883 and beyond, but they could have had another in 1882 if the spacing held.
Thanks again.

Hi again,
I found these on FamilySearch. I know Russian, so that helps a little.

Alright. So maybe the missing years are at familyseach.org. I also have Hungarian ancestors, and I learned to identify names or a word in records. Then I can sort of dictionary my way around. Russian has been intense, but this whole brickwall only came down on Mother's Day, so it's all still pretty new.
Thank you for still looking and all your help.
