Hi,
When searching for Lipa's family, keep in mind that the letters H and G were often used interchangeably in Russian. As a result, the surname may be recorded as either Hendel or Gendel.
I found Lipa registered under the surname Gendel. He was born on April 15, 1880, in Płock.
I have sent you a PM.

Regards,
-Barb
